About
Design, with opinions.
Design Takes is a Markdown-based blog about design — industrial, graphic, and digital product design — written for people who care how things are made. No trend roundups, no sponsored hot takes. Just arguments, made in public, that you're welcome to push back on.
It's open source and static: every post is a plain .md file,
rendered once and served from the edge. Discussion happens on GitHub, and
the responses worth keeping are curated back into each post. The whole
thing is fast, accessible, and free to fork.

Anyone can contribute. Fork the repo, drop a Markdown file in
src/content/posts/, and open a pull request. Merging is the
editorial gate — a natural review before anything goes live.
